Conveyor tension adjustment
NOTE • Retighten both sides likewise, avoiding disalignment of the conveyor.
• Check the conveyor tension in the first hours of service. After that, check
it daily.
• When done with the tightener (A) adjustment, it is required to shorten the
conveyor, removing some segments of its length.
Before starting to work, check the tension of the conveyor in the following way:
• Shut down the tractor engine and PTO.
• Under the bin, on its intermediary section, push the conveyor upward and check if
there is a clearance of up to 50 mm.
• If the clearance is larger, release the bolts (B) to readjust the conveyor tension using
the tightener (A), which have adjustments through the slots.
