. In ‘AUTO’ mode, the FATC system will
regulate the blower speed automatically.
3. ECON BUTTON
During ECON AC operation, the system
automatically cuts off compressor at a
higher temperature than normal AC. The
operation can be used during mild
weather conditions for better fuel effi-
ciency.
Comfort level may be compromised dur-
ing this operation. By pressing ECON but-
ton text will be displayed on display.
4. MAX DEFROST BUTTON:
A
. This button directs
the main airflow to-
wards windscreen for
faster defrosting. (It
also overrides any mode selection you
may have made.)
B. When you turn off the button, the
system returns to its former settings.
5. REAR WINDOW DEMISTER BUT-
TON:
A. This button turns the rear window de-
mister ON or OFF. The system will be
deactivated after
15
min of continu-
ous operation.
6. FRESH AIR / RE-
CIRCULATION
BUTTON:
A. When the recircula-
tion Button or LED is switched ‘ON’, air
from the vehicle’s interior is sent
throughout the system.
B. When the recirculation button is
switched off, air is brought in from out-
side of the vehicle (fresh mode). When-
ever discomfort is felt, switch to fresh air
mode.
The system should be used with recircu-
lation air mode for faster heat up and
cool down, however keeping the system
in recirculation mode, particularly with
AC OFF, can cause the windows fog up.
7. AIR DISTRIBU-
TION (MODE) BUT-
TON:
A. In AUTO mode, the FATC system will
regulate the mode automatically. Ho
ever, user override is possible with the

The outside air intakes for the cli-
mate control systems are at the base
of windscreen. Keep this area clear
from leaves and other debris.
