Getting Ready

29

Procedure for Installing the USB Device Drivers 

Carry out each USB Device Driver installation for only one device 
at a time in the following order: Base Unit, Remote Units (RTR-574 
only), and/or Repeaters.

Users of Windows XP should carry out the following procedure to install 
the USB Device Drivers. 

1. 

By connecting a Base Unit to your computer, the [New Hardware 

Detection Wizard] will automatically open.

  Check "No, not this time". 

  Click the [Next] button. 

 

Check "Install the software 
automatically 
(Recommended)".

 

Click the [Next] button. 

2. 

The Installation process will begin.
