5.1 Introduction
There is a range of configuration, diagnostic and other utilities that can be accessed via a web
browser, such as Mozilla FireFox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Before these pages can be accessed it is important to ensure that the browser is correctly set
up. The following procedures describe the set up using Internet Explorer, the steps are similar
for FireFox.
NOTE…
Active Scripting must be enabled in Microsoft Internet Explorer to enable the menu functionality.
5.2
How to Set-up the Web Browser Interface
To set up Internet Explorer proceed as follows:
1.
In Internet Explorer version 5, on the menu bar click Tools, Internet Options. This
displays the Internet Options dialog box with tabs across the top.
2. In
the
General tab click Settings (see Figure 5.1).
