•
Log on to your NAS using Remote Desktop Connection.
•
Set up a shared folder.
Set permissions on the share to allow the Content Server and MYDOMAIN\TCSNASUSER full control
over the share:
•
Right-click on the share and select
Sharing and Security...
•
Click
Permissions
•
Click
Add
•
Click
Object Types
.
Select the Checkbox for Type –
Computers
and click OK.
Enter
<Content Server Server Name>
(as registered in the domain).
Click
Check Names
and
OK
.
Enter MYDOMAIN\TCSNASUSER account name.
Click
Check Names
and
OK
.
Give the Content Server and MYDOMAIN\TCSNASUSER full control over the share.
Click the
Security
tab.
Repeat steps 2–6 to give the Content Server and MYDOMAIN\TCSNASUSER full control of the NAS share under the
Security
Settings
tab.
