The Editing Conferences Page About Editing Conferences
Recorded conferences on the TANDBERG
Content Server can be edited.
From the
Edit Conference page, administrators
and editors can:
•
edit conference permissions (i.e. who can
view and edit the conference),
•
edit conference metadata: such as name,
description, speaker, etc.,
•
select a conference thumbnail.
Administrators can also export conferences
from the
Edit Conference page.
The Edit Conference page also provides access
to the Content Editor and Manage Outputs .
Using the Content Editor , indexes can be
added, conferences can have their In (start)
and Out (end) points changed and another
conference can be added.
Outputs can be added or deleted using
Manage Outputs .
Note that:
•
Only editors and administrators can edit
conferences.
•
Editors can edit their own conferences.
•
Administrators can edit all conferences.
•
Only administrators can export conferences.
To delete one or more
conferences, go to the
Recorded Conferences page,
select the check box on the
conference thumbnail and
click the
Delete Selected
button at the bottom left of
the page.
To delete all conferences on
the page, Click the
Select All
button and click the Delete
Selected button, both located
at the bottom left of the
Recorded Conferences page.
