The shielded RS-232 cable is to be used in order to ensure compliance with FCC
Part 15, and it is the responsibility of the user to provide and use shielded RS-232
cable from NTU to personal computer.
We will not commit to repair this unconditional fault resulting from the user. The
warranty issue will only protect for right operations mentioned in the manual, and
extra charge for this fault might be noticed if necessary.
