1’s software

One of the most flexible aspects of the TMA1 is that its complete software is stored in re-
programmable memory. Details of future upgrades are published on

www.tagmclaren.com

The TMA1 can be re-programmed by connecting a suitably equipped
and configured PC to the

TAGtronic Bus

connectors, located on the

rear panel, using the universal TAGtronic Programming Cable, an
optional item not included with the TMA1.

In order to upgrade your TMA1 with the latest software you need to have the following items
available:

1. A suitably equipped PC to interface with the TMA1 - A full (now so called legacy) RS232

interface is required

2. The universal TAGtronic programming cable, available from the on-line shopping section

www.tagmclaren.com

3. The TAGtronic Upgrade Wizard Version v2.25 or later, available free of charge from

www.tagmclaren.com

. The Wizard must be installed before you can successfully

download any software upgrades! For full details see

www.tagmclaren.com

4. The TMA1 software you would like to

download to your TMA1. This can also be
downloaded free of charge from

www.tagmclaren.com

You need to double click the software,
which comes as an .exe file, to unpack it
and register it with the Upgrade Wizard.
