1. Indoor fan motor is blocked
or turns slowly.
2. Loose or broken V-belt.
3. Indoor fan motor winding is
burnt.
4. In Heat mode: delayed
start for indoor fan motor.
5. Clogged
air filters.
1. Check voltage. Repair wiring if
necessary. Check indoor fan wheel if
tight on motor shaft. Tighten if
necessary.
2. Tighten or replace V-belt.
3. Replace indoor fan motor.
4. Normal software delay (max. 20 sec.).
5. Clean
filters.

Low Capacity. 1. Lack of refrigerant (will be
accompanied by whistling
noise); causes ice
formation on the
evaporator coil (in Cool
mode).
2. Clogged
air filters.
1. Unit must be charged (according to
the nameplate) after localizing the gas
leak.
2. Clean
filters.
8 In Heat mode: only
compressor runs,
outdoor and indoor
fan motors are
stopped.
A/C operates in De-Icing cycle. Wait (max.) 10 min. until the A/C resumes
to normal operation.
