9. Over-unwinding detection switch
(main winch) (option) (CN595)
Adjust the roller assy position by the bolt Z so that
the dimension A becomes 5 mm (0.2 in), and lock
the bolt Z with a nut.
Squeeze the roller assy of switch upward further by
1.5 mm (0.06 in) after the switch’s contact is shifted
(opened/closed).
(One turn of the bolt X makes the switch move
upward or downward by 1.5 mm (0.06 in).)
Then lock the bolt X with the nut Y.
(Note):
•
Make the head surface of the bolt X flat
beforehand.
•
Use the bolt X and the nut Y of roller assy.
10. Over-unwinding detection switch
(aux. winch) (option) (CN596)
Follow the same procedure as that in
over-unwinding detection switch (main winch)
(option) (CN595).
11. Control lever stand position detection
switch (left) (CN529)
Set the clearance B to minimum, and adjust switch
position so that the dimension A becomes

Apply a thread locking agent (ThreeBond 1401
or the equivalent) to the threaded section of
the switch.

Switch fixing nut tightening torque
: 19 to 20 N-m (193 to 204 kgf-cm)
