MAINTENANCE
SW48-M SWEEP-N-CLEAN
CAUTION! Be sure to read and understand the SAFETY section of
this manual before performing any maintenance on the machine. Be
sure motor is off and all power is disconnected before performing
maintenance.
All maintenance on the Sweep-N-Clean should only be performed by a qualified, properly
trained Maintenance Mechanic.
LUBRICATION/MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
The following maintenance and lubrication recommendations assume normal use. Maintenance
and lubrication should be carried out more frequently under heavy use or extreme conditions.

1 Clean and check brushes for wear or damage.

3 Lubricate all grease points on the machine:

b. Front and Back Wheels (lift and block machine safely) g w

d. Actuator/Hopper Pivot Tube g m
4 Lubricate all pivot points on the machine:
a. Drawbar Pivot

b. Actuator Mounting Points o w
c. Hopper Linkage o w
d. Hopper Pivot Point o w
5 Check brush for proper height adjustment, adjust with
Height Adjustment Screws if necessary.

6 Check V-Belt for wear or damage; Check and adjust
V-Belt tension.
