Using USB20SR IP in SOPC Builder

2.

Since the core is a slave, there must be an Avalon master. Usually, this
master is the Nios processor. Using the SOPC builder tool, include the
Nios processor (must have the Nios development kit). Then add any
other peripherals required for the final design and assign the base
address and irqs.

To generate complete reference design from scratch refer tutorial of design

from scratch if you are new to SOPC builder tool.
