Angled lamina hook positioning

Pick up the angled lamina hook as described on page 5 and
6.

Note:

Use a front-opening hook if a rod connector is

needed.

Insert the hook positioner for USS II in the positioning hole of
the hook and move the angled lamina hook into the pre-
pared position.

Remove the hook positioner and the handle. The stick re-
mains attached to the hook.
