WAN Port Configuration using IPOA
Refer to Procedure L for information on configuring the WAN Port using IPOA.
Procedure L. Configuring WAN Port Using IPOA
Step Procedure

Select IPOA in the System Menu (Figure 41).

Enter the VPI value in the VPI field.

Enter the VCI value in the VCI field.

Select the Quality of Service type: UBR (default setting), CBR , or VBR . A pop-up screen appears. Enter the
appropriate information.

Enter the values for Local IP , Subnet Mask , and Gateway in the respective fields.

Select either Set as Default Route , Edit Routing Table , or RIP under Routing Table ( RIP is the default setting).

If NAT is desired, click the NAT box under Advanced .

Click the Apply button if all data is correct.
