When calling the worldwide, or USA-based number, select Option 1 at the first prompt. Telecom
Solutions Division customers should then select Option 1; Timing, Test and Measurement
Division customers should then select Option 2.
Technical Support personnel are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the
Main Customer Assistance Center number above and from 8 a.m to 5 p.m Central European
Time, weekdays, at the Europe, Middle East and Africa number.
