Deleting a Caller ID Number
To delete a single Caller ID message, follow the steps below.
1) Press
CID/MENU
, and the Caller ID
summary screen appears. The screen shows
the number of new callers and the total
number of callers stored in Caller ID memory.
2) Select the number that you would like to
delete. Press
/VOL
to scan forward and
/VOL
to scan backwards through the list.
3) Press
CH/DELETE
and the following
screen appears.
4) Press
REMOTE/SELECT
or
CH/DELETE
. A confirmation tone sounds and the
Caller ID screen returns with the next message displayed.

Deleting All Caller ID Numbers
To delete all of your Caller ID numbers, follow the steps below.
NOTE:
Make sure to first review all Caller ID numbers. The Delete All function will delete all of
the Caller ID numbers, even the calls that have not yet been reviewed.
1) Press
CID/MENU
, and the Caller ID
summary screen appears. The screen shows
the number of new callers and the total
number of callers stored in Caller ID memory.
2) Press
CH/DELETE
, and the following
screen appears.
3) Use the
/VOL
key to move the pointer to
Yes
, then press
REMOTE/SELECT
or
CH/DELETE
.
4) A confirmation tone sounds, and the following
screen appears.
