BUTTONS AND CONNECTIONS

1.  Auto Channel: 

 

Turns auto channel on and off. When this function is on, the camera channels will 
sequence through automatically

2.  Manual Channel: 

 

Manually changes which camera is viewed on screen

3.  Motion Record:

 

Prompts the receiver to record motion. To stop motion recording, press this button 
again

4.  Manual Record: 

 

Prompts the receiver to begin constant recording. To stop recording, press this 
button again

5.  Up/Play/Pause: 

 

When  accessing  the  menu  pressing  this  will  scroll  up,  when  viewing  recorded 
footage, pressing this button will Pause/Play the footage

6.  Right/F.F: 

 

When accessing the menu pressing this will scroll right, when viewing recorded 
footage, pressing this button will fast forward through the footage 

7.  Down/Stop: 

 

When accessing the menu pressing this will scroll down, when viewing recorded 
footage, pressing this button will stop the footage

8.  Left/R.R: 

 

When accessing the menu pressing this will scroll left, when viewing recorded 
footage, pressing this button will rewind the footage

9.  OK/Play: 

 

When accessing the menu pressing this will enter each option. When in live view 
mode, pressing this button will open the footage list. For more information on 
footage and playback, see “Playback” on Pg. 24

10. Menu/Exit: 

 

Enters and exits the main menu

11. Quad: 

 

Opens  up  a  quad  screen  view.  For  more  information  on  viewing,  please  see 
“Camera Viewing” on Pg. 16

12. Delete: 

 

Deletes footage. For more information on deleting footage, please see “Delete” on 
Pg. 25

13. Indication Lights: 

 

These lights indicate what features your receiver is set to as well as if you have 
newly recorded footage and whether or not your SD card is full

14. Alarm Volume: 

 

Whenever motion is detected, an alarm will sound from your receiver.  Turning this 
knob adjusts the alarm volume up and down

15. IR Sensor: 

 

The IR sensor is how the remote and receiver communicate 

16. Button Lock: 

 

Moving this switch to the right will lock the buttons on your receiver.  When the 
receiver buttons are locked the remote control will still work

17. SD Card Insert: 

 

Your SD card can be inserted into this area to record and save footage

18. Antenna: 

 

This antenna allows for a better signal between the camera and receiver 

19. Power Input: 

 

Plug the small end of the included power adapter marked “receiver” into this area

20. A/V Out: 

 

Plug the single end of the included A/V cable into this area 

21. IR Extension: 

 

Plug the included IR extension cord into this area if you would like to have a  
stronger signal between the remote and receiver

Note:  To jump to a particular paired camera while in quad mode, select the camera number on the 

navigational buttons.  This function only works while in quad viewing mode.
