BATTERY
This battery is a sealed type battery and
requires no maintenance. Have your dealer
check the battery’s state of charge periodi-
cally.
The standard charging rate is 0.7A × 5 to 10
hours and the maximum rate is 3.0A × 1
hour. Never exceed maximum charging rate.

Battery posts, terminals, and related
accessories contain lead and lead com-
pounds. Lead is harmful to your health if
it gets into your blood stream.
Wash hands after handling any parts
containing lead.

Diluted sulfuric acid from battery can
cause blindness or severe burns.
When working near the battery, use
proper eye protection and gloves. Flush
eyes or body with ample water and get
medical care immediately if you suffer
injury. Keep batteries out of reach of
children.

Batteries produce flammable hydrogen
gas which can explode if exposed to
flames or sparks.
Keep flames and sparks away from the
battery. Never smoke when working near
the battery.
