3.4 Memory
Memory Support
The X12SPT-PT supports system memory capacity of up to 3TB, 3DS LRDIMM/LRDIMM/3DS
RDIMM/RDIMM DDR4 ECC memory with speeds of 3200 MHz, and Intel Optane PMem 200
Series with speeds of up to 3200 MHz. The 2TB of memory capacity support is based on
four 256GB DDR4 DIMMs and four 512GB Intel Optane PMem 200 Series DIMMs populated
on the motherboard.
Note 1:
Intel Optane PMem 200 Series are supported by the 3rd Gen. Intel Xeon Scalable
(83xx/63xx/53xx/4314) series processors .
Note 2: Supported memory data transfer rate is subject to the specification of processor.
