Overheat (OH)/Fan Fail
Connect an LED cable to pins 7 and 8 to use the Overheat/Fan Fail LED connections. The
LED on pin 8 provides warnings of overheat or fan failure. Refer to the tables below for pin
definitions.
HDD LED
The HDD LED connection is located on pins 13 and 14 of JF1. Attach a cable to show hard
drive activity status. Refer to the table below for pin definitions.
LAN1/LAN2 Activity LED
The LAN LED connection for LAN port 1 is located on pins 11 and 12 of JF1, and the LED
connection for LAN port 2 is on pins 9 and 10. Attach the NIC LED cables here to display
network activity. Refer to the table below for pin definitions.
Power Fail LED
Connect an LED cable to Power Fail connections on pins 5 and 6 of JF1 to provide warnings
for a power failure. Refer to the table below for pin definitions.
