Trusted Computing (Available when a TPM device is detected
by the BIOS)
Confi guration
TPM Support
Select Enabled on this item and enable the TPM jumper on the motherboard to
enable TPM support to improve data integrity and network security. The options
are
Enabled
and Disabled.
TPM State
Select Enabled to enable TPM security settings to improve data integrity and
network security. The options are Disabled and
Enabled
.
Pending Operation
Use this item to schedule an operation for the security device. The options are
None
, Enable Take Ownership, Disable Take Ownership, and TPM Clear.
Note:
During restart, the computer will reboot in order to execute the
pending operation and change the state of the security device.
Current Status Information:
This item displays the information regarding the
current TPM status.
TPM Enable Status
This item displays the status of TPM Support to indicate if TPM is currently
enabled or disabled.
TPM Active Status
This item displays the status of TPM Support to indicate if TPM is currently
active or deactivated.
TPM Owner Status
This item displays the status of TPM Ownership.
