Introduction
1-1 Overview
The SuperServer 2027PR-DC1R/DC1FR/DC1TR is a high-end server comprised
of two main subsystems: the -R1K28B 2U server chassis and the
X9DRT-P/PIBF/PT dual processor serverboard. Please refer to our web site for
information on operating systems that have been certifi ed for use with the system
( www.supermicro.com ).
In addition to the serverboard and chassis, various hardware components have been
included with the 2027PR-DC1R/DC1FR/DC1TR server, as listed below:

Two (2) Mylar air shrouds (MCP-310-82718-0B)
•
Four (4) 80x80x38mm 13.8K RPM chassis middle fan (FAN-0136L4)
•
Four (4) 2U passive CPU heat sinks w/narrow ILM (SNK-P0048PS)
•
SAS/SATA Backplane:
One (1) Twin backplane, supporting 24 SATA HDD (2.5") with hot swapping
(BPN-SAS3-217HD)
Two (2) LSI 3108, SAS/SATA 12-Gbps (supporting up to 8 SAS3 drives per
node) controller cards (BPN-ADP-S3108H-H8IRP)
Twenty-four (24) hot-swap 2.5" HDD trays (MCP-220-00047-0B)

One (1) rails set (MCP-290-00053-0N)
