Introduction
1-1 Overview
The SuperServer 5017R-iHDP is comprised of two main subsystems: the
SC816LTS-655BP 1U chassis and the X9SCFF-F motherboard. Please refer to our
web site for information on operating systems that have been certified for use with
the SuperServer 5017R-iHDP (www.supermicro.com).
In addition to the motherboard and chassis, various hardware components have
been included with the system, as listed below:

Eight 4-cm high-performance fans (FAN-0065L4)

One passive heat sink (SNK-P0047PD)
•
Two PCI-Express 3.0 x8 riser cards (RSC-RR1UFF-E8R), one used for LSI
add-on card, the other available for additional add-on card use
