INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This oven is an accessory of the barbeque and has been designed to be able to
cook any type of dish from pizza to meat. Only use the product outdoors.
To start it use the appropriate tablets, light them and bring them close to the
wood, when it begins to burn, add other wood. To bring the oven to a temperature
of approximately 220-230°, 4 Kg of wood will be required (it depends greatly on
the type and humidity level of the wood used). Loads of wood of 2 Kg are suf-

fi

cient to maintain it in temperature, do not reload it until the previous load has

been consumed.
Note. For good cooking quality it is necessary to maintain the

fi

 re with small loa-

ds, a strong

fi

re causes the inside temperature to rise and risks to burn the food.

Furthermore, it is possible to control the

fi

re with the lever that speci

fi

 cally activa-

tes the smoke exhaust valve in the upper part of the oven. Always use protective
gloves to manoeuvre it.
It is possible to cook simultaneously on top of the refractory plates as well as
above the grille positioned within the oven.

BE CAREFUL! Always use protective gloves when the oven is in use (or manoeu-
vre the smoke fume valve control lever).

PRUDENCE! Do not use alcohol, petroleum products or combustible

fl

 uids to

light or re-light the

fi

 re! Use only

fi

relighters which comply with EN 1860-3.

WARNINGS! Bring the oven to temperature and maintain it for at least 30 minutes
before the

fi

rst cooking phase. Once you have lit the oven, do not move it or leave

it unattended.

BE CAREFUL! Do not use the oven in closed environments Keep children and
pets away from the barbecue/over, especially during use.
