4 Operating the umbrella
4.1 Opening the umbrella
Insert the crank handle into hole

(make sure completely
inside the hole to avoid handle fall off during turning). Turn
the crank clockwise direction to move the sliding tube

out
to max top, till it hits the block point.
CAUTION:
Make sure to remove the hand from the sliding
tube during operation to avoid the injury, make sure the slid-
ing tube is out at its max top before opening the umbrella.
Over turning will damage the umbrella!
Remove the crank out of hole

, insert it into hole

fully and
turn the crank clockwise direction to open the umbrella and stop
when the umbrella top hits the head hinge.
CAUTION:
Make sure never turn crank anticlockwise direction to
open the umbrella. Otherwise, the stop system inside umbrella
will not function properly and when you remove hand from crank,
the crank couldn’t remain where you stop, instead, will turn au-
tomatically backwards by weight (of umbrella top) and, umbrella
will close automatically, which may cause some injury to people
around.
4.2 Inclining the umbrella
When the umbrella is fully open, take the crank out of hole

, and
put back to hole

and turn anticlockwise direction to incline the
umbrella at any position desired.
CAUTION:
Watch out the max. inclination, with block point on the
sliding tube hits the slider. Over turning will damage the umbrella.
