To install a desktop L25:

Convert the L25 to a desktop unit by performing the procedures

detailed in the

Sun StorEdge™ L25 Tape Library Rack Mount to

Desktop Conversion Instructions

(PN 6421032).

This document is provided with the Sun StorEdge™ L25 Tape

Library Rack Mount to Desktop Conversion Kit.

Place the library in the installation location, preferably on a sturdy

desk or tabletop.

Proceed to

on page 18 to continue

the installation procedure.

Installing a Deskside
L100 Library

To install a deskside L100:

Convert the L100 to a deskside unit by performing the procedures

detailed in the
