WARNING-DROWNING HAZARD
• Children have drowned while using infant bath tubs.
• Children can drown in as little as 2 cm. of water in a very short time.

ALWAYS
remain in contact with your child during bathing.
•
NEVER
leave your baby unattended in the bath, even for a few moments. If you need to leave the room, take the baby with you.

DO NOT
allow other children (even older) to substitute for an adult.
• Place bather
ONLY
in empty adult tub or sink for safe use.
•
NEVER
place this product in water in adult bathtub or sink.
•
ALWAYS
keep the drain open in adult tub or sink.

ALWAYS
check legs of tub to assure that they are securely locked in place prior to placing child in tub.

ALWAYS
assure that the infant tub is completely expanded, flat and level in the adult bath tub.
•
NEVER
expand or collapse tub with child in it.
• Make sure all pieces are properly assembled before placing child in product.

NEVER
adjust product with child inside the product. Remove child before moving or making adjustments.
WARNING
• To avoid scalding by hot water, position the product in such a way to prevent your child from reaching the source of water.
• Do not use this product on a bath tub with an uneven surface.
• Use this product only when your child is able to sit unaided.
• Stop using this product when your child tries to stand up by itself.
• Check the temperature of the water surrounding the product prior to placing the child into the product. The typical water temperature for a bathing child is
between 35ºC and 38ºC.
• Check the stability of the product before use.
• Do not use the product if any components are broken or missing.
• Do not use replacement parts other than those approved by the manufacturer or distributor.
• Ensure that level of water is not higher than your child’s navel.
FALL HAZARD: Babies have suffered head injuries falling from infant bathers.
• ALWAYS STAY WITHIN ARM’S REACH OF YOUR BABY.
• Place TUB ONLY in adult tub for safe use.
• NEVER lift or carry baby in the tub.
• NEVER use on uneven or elevated surfaces.
• DO NOT use this infant bather if it is damaged, broken or disassembled.
• This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children to play with it.
