Before assembling your product, please take a few minutes to check the contents and become familiar with all the parts.
Site Preparation
1. Select a level area, and completely remove all debris, twigs, stones, etc. DO NOT select an area under overhead
electrical lines, trees, or within 4.57 m (15 ft) of a house, building, etc.
2. The pool shall be located a minimum distance of 1.83 m (6 ft) from any electrical receptacle.
3. Contact your local utilities, to check that no underground cables, telephone lines, gas lines, etc. run beneath the area
you have selected.
WARNING
- DO NOT overfill the pool and/or allow people to lay over or sit on the pool wall - DOING SO
CAN CAUSE PERMANENT INJURY! Drain the pool to the proper level after heavy rain.
TIP
: It will be much easier to install your pool if you unfold it and let it lay in direct sunlight for about 2 hours prior to
installation. This will help ensure a wrinkle-free fit because the pool material will be more pliable, allowing it to form
into shape during installation.
WARNING
- VERY IMPORTANT! SITE MUST BE LEVEL, STABLE, COMPACTED SOIL.
• The pool must be assembled on a smooth and level site of firm soil that is free of stones, gravel, sticks, blacktop,
or other oil-based compounds.
• Before setting up your pool, it is recommended that you clear the area of hardy grasses. Certain types of vigorous
grasses such as St. Augustine and Bermuda can grow through the liner. A ground sheet or tarp may be helpful in
preventing this from occurring. Grass growing through the liner is not covered under warranty.
• Do not install the pool on a wooden deck or any type of wooden surface. You cannot use sand and/or
uncompacted soil to provide a level surface for the pool; it will wash out.
• FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL CAUSE THE POOL TO COLLAPSE AND WILL
VOID THE WARRANTY!

AND HAZARD WARNINGS.
POOL MAINTENANCE & DRAINAGE
Setup Instructions
1. Locate a level and flat area to set up the pool. Make sure the ground is free from sharp objects, as they may puncture
the pool.
2. LIFT the pool liner across the ground. DO NOT drag the liner from one location to another location.
3. Carefully unfold the Quick Set™ pool liner
1
and inspect seams for manufacturing defects. With the inflatable ring on
the top side, lay out the pool in the area selected, making sure the pool bottom is both flat and oval-shaped. Pull out
the four rectangular flaps (two on each side) from the base of the liner, which will be used for the U-shaped Pipes.
4. Locate the four U-Shaped Pipes
5
. Insert the eight Pipe Caps
4
onto the ends of the pipes, slightly rotate until the
lock buttons click in place (
Fig. 1
). Then place two pipes on each side of pool, near the rectangular flaps.
5. Take out all four Horizontal Beams
2
. For each pair of beams, press down the lock buttons, insert the swaged beam
into the plain beam, and slightly rotate until the buttons click in place. Then tap to secure the four plastic Beam Plugs
3
onto the ends of the two Horizontal Beam Assemblies. Now locate the sleeves stitched along the long sides of pool.
Slide one Horizontal Beam Assembly into each sleeve, holes on the beam and on the sleeve aligned as in
Fig. 2.

6. Start with one side of the pool. Insert two U-shaped Pipes, through the rectangular flaps, into the holes on the
Horizontal Beam Assembly as in
Fig. 3
. To secure each end of the pipes, press down the lock buttons of the
U-shaped Pipe Cap (see
DETAIL 3A
), and push the entire cap into the hole until it locks in place.
7. Repeat for the other side of the pool.
8. Inflate the top ring. Squeeze the base of the valve stem to open an internal check valve while inflating.
9.
IMPORTANT:
PLEASE COMPLETELY INSTALL YOUR FILTER SYSTEM FIRST BEFORE PUTTING ANY WATER
IN YOUR POOL. Follow the "Setup Instructions” in the Filter Pump System Owner’s Manual and install the entire
Filter Pump System first. Plug both Pool Wall Fittings from the inside of the pool. Make sure the liner drain fitting is
plugged securely and the cap is in place.
10. Start filling the pool with water. After about 1" (2.5 cm) of water is on the bottom, stop filling and smooth all of the
wrinkles out of the bottom of the pool.
11.
IMPORTANT:
IF MORE THAN 2.5-5 cm (1"-2") OF WATER COLLECTS ON ANY ONE SIDE BEFORE THE POOL
STARTS FILLING IN THE CENTER, THE POOL IS NOT LEVEL ENOUGH, AND MUST BE CORRECTED. YOU
MAY NEED TO START OVER. SEE THE WARNINGS IN THIS MANUAL. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE MAY CAUSE THE POOL TO COLLAPSE AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY!
NOTE:
THE WEIGHT OF THE WATER WILL PREVENT ANY ADJUSTMENT AFTER THIS POINT.
12. Now, as you continue filling, the inflated ring will rise as the water deepens. Pull the outer wall out from under the top
ring, check all around the bottom of the pool to make sure it fills evenly. The maximum water level is the bottom seam
of the inflatable ring, this information is printed on the ring. Once finished filling, refer back to the “Swimming Pool
Filter System” owner’s manual, and continue through the rest of the installation.

Inflating Instructions
CAUTION:
Inflate by adults only. DO NOT overinflate, use a high-pressure air compressor to inflate, or exceed the
recommended Design Working Pressure. Inflate with cold air only.
1. Locate a clean area free of stones or other sharp objects to inflate the pool.
2. Inflate the air chambers following the numbered sequence (if any) slowly with a manual/foot air pump.
The adequate air pressure:
make sure the pool is firm to the touch but NOT hard – there should be small folds
around the armrests, backrests and/or side edges, and below the cup holders (if any).
3. Close and press the inflation valves into the unit.
4. Check regularly to ensure the adequate air pressure during each use, especially on very hot or cold days.
IMPORTANT:
BEFORE ADDING WATER TO YOUR POOL, YOU MUST INSTALL THE POOL WALL FITTINGS OR
ENTIRE FILTRATION SYSTEM FIRST. BEFORE ADDING WATER TO YOUR POOL, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
BELOW.
If your pool included openings or you are going to purchase a filter pump system, position the Suction & Return fitting
locations so they are 3 - 6.4 m (10-21 ft) from the electrical outlet you plan to use for the pool pump. If your pool came
with Fittings - Install both the Suction and Return fittings to the pool wall before filling the pool.

EXCESSIVE RAIN:
To avoid damage to the pool and overfilling, drain rainwater that causes the water level to be higher
than the FILL LINE immediately.
Repair
1. Use a mix of liquid dish soap and water in a spray bottle, and spray over suspicious areas. Any leak will produce
bubbles that will pinpoint the location of the leak.
2. Thoroughly clean the area surrounding the leak to remove any dirt or grime.
3. Cut a piece of repair patch (included) with a margin of 2 cm (0.8") larger than the damaged area, rounding the
corners with scissors.
4. Place the patch over the centre of the leak, press down firmly, and squeeze out all air bubbles to the edges. You may
want to put a weight on top to keep it in place.
5. Do not inflate for one hour after patching.
NOTE: if the patch does not hold, you can use the patch with silicone- or polyurethane-based glue designed for
repairing camping mats, tents or shoes. Consult your local household/camping supply stores, and follow the
instructions of the glue you’ve chosen.
How to Drain Your Pool and Long-Term Storage
1. Check local regulations for specific directions regarding disposal of swimming pool water.
2. Remove the protective foam ring on the drainage cap.
3. Follow these steps for water drainage:
4. Place the other end of the garden hose in an area where the water can be safely drained away from the house and
other nearby structures.
5. When the water stops draining, start lifting the pool from the side opposite to the drain valve to drain any remaining
water and empty the pool completely.
1

the drain valve
e) The drain valve is
now open, water will
begin to flow out.
f) Attach a 5/8” garden
hose to the drain valve
d) Push and turn the
drain cap clockwise
for about a quarter
turn (90º) to unlock
1
2
NOTE: NEVER step on the drain valve
7. Deflate the top ring completely and remove all connecting parts.
8. Be sure that the pool and all parts are completely dry before storage. Air dry the liner in the sun until it is completely
dry before folding (see drawing
1
). Sprinkle some talcum powder to prevent the vinyl from sticking together and to
absorb any residual moisture.
9. Create a square shape. Starting at one side, fold one-sixth of liner into itself twice. Do the same on the opposite side
(see drawings
2
&
3
).
10. Once you have created two opposing folded sides, simply fold one over the other like closing a book (see drawings
4
&
5
).
11. Fold the two long ends to the middle (see drawing
6
).
12. Fold one over the other like closing a book, and finally compact the liner (see drawing
7
).
13. Store the liner and accessories in a dry, temperature-controlled storage location above 32°F (0°C) and below 104°F
(40°C).
14. The original packaging can be used for storage.
6. After drainage, lock the drain valve and close the drain cap.
EN
This above-ground pool cannot be winterized and must be drained, disassembled, and properly stored if you live
in an area where the temperature drops below 32°F (0°C). If you are in a warmer environment, please follow the
instructions below.
After usage, you can easily empty and store away your pool in a safe place (see long term storage above). Some pool
owners, in warmer climates however, may choose to leave their pool up all year round. In colder areas, where freezing
temperatures occur, there can be a risk of ice damage to your pool. Leaving your above-ground pool set up in areas
where the temperature drops below 0ºC (32ºF) voids the warranty.
Winterizing Your Above-Ground Pool
1. Clean the pool water thoroughly.
2. Remove the skimmer (if applicable) or any accessories attached to the threaded strainer connector. Replace strainer
grid if necessary. Be sure all accessories parts are clean and completely dry before storage.
3. Unplug the Inlet and Outlet fitting from the inside of the pool (if applicable).
4. Remove the ladder (if applicable) and store in a safe place. Be sure the ladder is completely dry before storage.
5. Remove the hoses that connect the pump and filter to the pool.
6. Add the appropriate chemicals for the winter period. Consult your local pool dealer as to which chemicals you should
use and how to use them. This can vary greatly by region.
7. Cover pool with Polygroup™ Pool Cover. IMPORTANT NOTE: Polygroup™ POOL COVER IS NOT A SAFETY
COVER.
8. Clean and drain the pump, filter housing, and hoses. Remove and discard the old filter cartridge. Keep a spare
cartridge for the next season.
9. Bring pump and filter parts indoors and store in a safe and dry area, preferably between 0ºC (32ºF) and 40ºC
(104ºF).
