 Abstellen

G

 Storage

Before storing the machine certain tasks must be carried out

and certain points complied with:

-  The hopper should be completely empty

-  The seed drill should have been properly washed, whilst

avoiding spilling water on the electric elements, the

bearings and the roller bearings.

-  Grease the parts that need it.

Protecting your seed drill with an oil/diesel mix is prohibited.

The drill consists of a number of plastic elements that are

totally incompatible with such practices.

-  Unhitch your seed drill in a dry, level location.

The plastic parts will last longer if they are not subjected to

extreme weather conditions.

H

 Emptying the hopper

The hopper is emptied by opening the emptying shutter  .

-  Place a tray or a large sack under the machine.

-  Open the shutter   without forgetting to empty the

metering mechanism flutes by turning the wheel.

-  Never leave seed in the hopper over a long period of time.

-  Leave the shutters open when the machine is in storage.

-  After running the metering mechanism, it is important to

empty the pipe by removing the pin   and by opening the

shutter  , or by turning on the fan.

G

 Remisage
