Boot Option filter
Select the system boot mode.
You can specify the boot mode by the system setup program, so as to install
the operating system.
●The Legacy boot mode (default) is the standard BIOS level boot interface.
● The UEFI boot mode is an enhanced 64-bit boot interface, which complies
with the UEFI BIOS specification.
Once the boot mode is specified, the system will take the specified boot
mode for the boot, and the operating system that you install in this boot
mode shall set the system boot as the same boot mode (Legacy or UEFI) to
access the installed operating system. The attempt to boot the operating
system from other mode will cause the system fails to start.
Note: The operating system may be installed in the UEFI boot mode only
when
it is compatible with UEFI (such as Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64).
For the DOS and the 32-bit operating system don't support UEFI, they can
be installed in the Legacy boot mode only.
