RELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Make sure the following parts are in the box:
A ADV model XK1
A battery
A battery charger
A salt water ballast

PENING THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
Put the ADV in vertical position on the shroud (5) on a flat surface.
Turn the front fastening knob (9) counter-clockwise.
When
rotating the knob the nosecone
(8) (see fig. 1) start to lift. Continue rotating until the nosecone detaches from the body.
Remove the nosecone.
