A001
Charger is not suitable or
damaged, the battery is
in protection mode.
The battery should be checked and restored at the
service center Suex.
A002
The battery has been
discharged with an
excessive current.
Switch off the scooter by main switch and wait
minimum 5 seconds. Switch on the scooter by the
main switch.
After 5 events the display of the battery is StoP. The
scooter works in any case but you must contact suex
assistance.
A003
Overheating power
stage.
Automatic reset to the cooling of the battery pack.
A004
Overvoltage.
At least one cell has exceeded the maximum
allowable voltage, the system self-resets lowering of
the voltage.
A005
Short circuit during the
charging phase.
The battery must be checked and reset at a service
center Suex, must also be checked charger used.
A006
Short circuit in the
discharge phase.
Switch off the scooter by main switch and wait
minimum 5 seconds. Switch on the scooter by the
main switch.

Aoff
After 4 hours of scooter inactivity stored with the main
switch on, the system switch off the scooter to avoid
the discharge of the battery. Turn the main switch off,
wait 5 second or more and switch on the scooter.
