Thread the tape below the spring
plates of the ejector. For this, the
ejector should be extended. If not,
extend the ejector using the two-
handed control.

Pull in the tape further and deflect the
tape at the hold points provided. The
tape should be pulled approx. 0.8 m
beyond the hold point.
●
Repeat steps 1-6 for the remaining
tape pull hooks.
●
Move the ejector to its basic position
in manual mode with the door open,
(Ejector must be at the very bottom.)

Close the pressing chamber (using two-handed control for hydraulic door lock,
otherwise using the handwheel)
●
Turn the locking wheel until the press chamber door is fully closed.
●
Use the two-handed control to move the ejector plate all the way down (preferred
procedure). If the ejector plate is not lowered as described above, when the
loading flap is closed the ejector plate will automatically move to its basic position.
