66 Troubleshooting

Dimension BST 1200 / SST 1200 User Guide

Snip the filament line from the cartridge close to the drive
wheel.

Make sure that all loose filament is removed from the affected
liquefier inlet area.

Check for loose material in the other liquefier inlet area. Clean
the area as necessary.

Install plastic head cover.

11. Unload the material. Make sure that the cartridges are entirely

removed so that all of the filament loaded into the printer can
be withdrawn. (See

NOTE

It is recommended that an unload be performed for each
material.
