Remove the foam tubes that isolate the extrusion head from
the frame (see
Figure 3
).

After unpacking, inspect the printer and report any shipping
damage to the carrier.
CAUTION
Remove the foam tubes that isolate the
extrusion head from the frame (see
Figure 3
). The printer will be damaged if
powered on with the foam tubes in place.
CAUTION
Be careful not to damage the rod sensors
when removing the foam tubes (see
Figure 3
).
