The deep-frying controller ST189 is integrated in a DIN rail housing and can thus be easily placed in a control cabinet. Op-
tionally, it can be equipped with a 4-digit display and up to 7 keys.
The controller is supplied with a voltage of 100...240V AC and has 5 relay outputs, 3 voltage outputs to control external SSR
relays and 6 switching inputs. Resistance sensors or thermocouples are used for temperature measurement.
The controller is networked via the ST-Bus interface.
