Ailerons:
1.
Dry assemble parts A4 (aileron end ribs) into position on part A1 (aileron trailing edge). Work into position parts
A5 (aileron sub ribs).
2.
Dry assemble parts A5-A6-A5 to aileron trailing edge A1 to create aileron control horn pocket see rolled plans
and illustration for more details.
3.
Dry assemble parts A2 and A3 perpendicular to one another to form the pre-shaped aileron leading edge - the
serrated notching should assist with the assembly and fit. Dry fit aileron leading edge to remainder of aileron
assembly make certain that each joint is properly seated – tack glue parts into place – then finalize the glue
joints by bonding each surface to surface joint with thin CA.
