72. Continue holding center section on a flat surface. Fit and bond leading edge
web W16 between the front of ribs W3.
73. Continue holding center section down on a flat surface. Fit and bond
leading edge W17 to ribs W3 and leading edge web W16.
74. Fit and bond ply trailing edge reinforcement W18 to gap in the middle of the
trailing edge.
75. Build the
left
wing tip. Fit and tack glue tip spar W19 to outside of rib W5.
Support the
right
wing half so that the tip spar rests flat on the table.
76. Fit rear spar W20 and tip rib W21 to main spar W19 and rib W5.
77. Fit and tack glue trailing edge W22 to the rear of ribs W5 and W21.
Note:
Arrow on trailing edge should point towards polyhiedral break at W5.
78. Fit and tack glue the leading edge web W23 to leading edge of ribs W5 and
W21.
79. Fit and tack glue the leading edge W24 to the leading edge web W23 and
ribs W5 and W21.
