32. Assemble the bottom nose sheeting F25 from parts F25a and F25b. bond
with thin CA.
33. Moisten one side of F25 with glass cleaner - to help it form around the
curves of the nose - and tape it in place, moist side out. When dry, remove
the tape and bond in place with medium CA.
34. In the same manner as the previous step, install
upper
nose sheeting F26.
35. Assemble the hatch catch from ply parts F27 and F28. Bond with medium
CA.
36. Press one 1/16 in. x 3/16 in. neo-magnet into the hole in the hatch catch,
and secure from the back side thin CA.
37. Install the hatch catch in the slot in the bottom of former F9, with the magnet
facing the bottom of the aircraft.
38. Open the pushrod housing exits on the sides of the fuselage. On the
left
side, open the rear-most exit, and on the
right
side, open the forward exit.
39. Pass a length of the yellow nylon pushrod housing through the rear exit slot
on the
left
side of the fuselage, and through the corresponding
left
hole in
former F17.
