4.6.2 Manual setting of the production
percentage with the cover in closed
position
Production is regulated as in normal
mode by keeping the P key pressed down and
using the +/- keys.
Take care to validate the adjustment made
by opening and closing the cover to prevent
any over or under-chlorination due to an
operating error. Effectively, the input value
becomes the reference value.
4.7 Servocontrol to a chlorine analysis
Before any use, validate the level of
stabiliser. It must be below 25 ppm, the ideal
level being 15 ppm in order to be compatible
with a redox measurement.
STERILOR Sel is equipped with the
chlorine measurement servocontrol option,
for modulating the production of chlorine
according to the redox potential measured in
the swimming pool.
For this, the dry contact from the
chlorine regulation box, e.g. STÉREDOX, must
be connected to the connection intended for
this purpose (left-hand lateral side of the
device).
Activation of the Chlorine Regulation mode:
Press on the + and – keys at the same time
until the bubbles around the Chlorine
production text disappear, the chlorine
measurement servocontrol mode is activated:
Active chlorine
Servocontrol mode
Inactive chlorine
Servocontrol mode
When the chlorine analysis (redox or
other) is below the threshold configured, the
Electrolyser will be used, and the electrolyser's
production changes from zero to the
percentage set.
Warning, the production percentage must be
boosted in relation to the normal percentage
because the operation is no longer
continuous but regulated.
Servocontrol of the chlorine production to the
chlorine analyser (for example STÉREDOX):
When the chlorine analysis is below the set
threshold, the Electrolyser will be used, the
electrolyser's production changes from zero to
the percentage set.
When the value measured is above the
regulation threshold, the box stops the
electrolyser's production, switches to 0%
without switching off the electrolyser, the
display therefore remains active.
