BOTTLE PROBE CHANGE
If the bottle probe needs to be changed, the procedure is as follows:
1. Switch off pasteuriser.
2. Remove probe cable from the side panel clips.
3. Remove right hand side panel.
4. Unplug probe from internal socket.
5. Undo the cable gland nut and feed the probe cable though the gland.
6. Connect the new bottle probe to the internal socket.
7. Feed the new bottle probe through the cable gland and tighten.
8. Fit the side panel and feed the probe cable through the panel clips.
9. Switch on the pasteuriser.
10. Fit the bottle probe into a bottle cap and perform a probe calibration test (Page
40).
11. The pasteuriser is now ready for use.
