PROBE CALIBRATION
Make sure the SD card has been removed from the machine before proceeding!
1. Place the probe into the bath (without the probe bottle) along with a external calibrated thermometer
2. From the home screen press on the password button
and type in ‘sterifeed’ in lower
case and press enter. You will return to the home screen.

From the home screen press the configuration button.
4. From the configeration screen press the temperature calibration Button.
5.
From the temperature calibration screen press the high temperature calibration
button
6. Press the play symbol and the pasteuriser will start filling up with water.
7. Using a calibrated external temperature thermometer measure the temperature after pressing the
start button against the figures in the right hand column, they should all match with the external
temperature thermometer. Let the temperature reach 62.5°C before making any adjustments.
8. If no adjustments are required press the
button and press
button to go back to
the calibration screen.
If it needs adjustment then press the correct temperature button and then enter the the correct
temperature into the correct temperature window and press the return button and the accept button
