Point”, the name of the “Wireless –G Access Point - SSID, and GLOBAL IP address of
the of the “Wireless-G Access Point”. The GLOBAL IP address of the “Wireless-G
Access Point” is used to connect to Self-Guard units from a remote place with the
provided remote software. If the wireless LAN does not operate normally, then this
GLOBAL IP will be indicated as 000.000.000.000.

This function is to set the address for IP, GATEWAY, and SUBNET MASK of the Self-
Guard. Use [

then press [ENT] to save the changes. If you need to change the IP, GATEWAY,
SUBNET MASK of the Self-Guard, you should make changes for the Wireless-G
Access Point to change the settings. Refer to the User’s Guide (Wireless-G Access
Point) for detailed instruction.
Wireless-G Access Point uses DMZ to send the external data from Internet to the Self-
Guard, and the DMZ value is set as the Self-Guard’s default IP address
(
192.168.10.130).
When you change the IP address for the Self-Guard, you need to
change the IP address of DMZ settings of the Wireless-G Access Point. Refer to the
User’s Guide (Wireless-G Access Point) for detailed instructions on how to change this
value.
