StartUp
After connecting the auxiliary power, the CPU module and power module boot and display
the version of the boot program (e.g. boot (00-38)).
After the boot process has completed successfully, the LCD display changes to the
system level and displays the following information in sequence:

moves to the previous sub-menu within a menu level
reduces inputs by one counter value

moves to the next sub-menu within a menu level
increases inputs by one counter value
