Mounting the shield bus
• Turn the shield bus until the yellow/green connecting line is on the side of the
earth bolt.
• Set the bar on the right side of the device in the marking (notch) and push it over the
lugs until the bar audibly snaps into place.

Connecting the shield bus with the earth potential
The shield bus can be earthed in two different ways:
• Direct
• Using an earth bolt, e.g. for installation in a metal enclosure with screws

• Use a conductor with a min. diameter
of 4 mm

and secure it against
loosening with screws
(tightening torque of 1.5 Nm).
In this case, the connecting line
included in delivery can be omitted.

• Earth the shield bus to the earth bolt
with the connecting line included in
delivery.
• Lay the loose end of the
connecting line on the earth bolt
and use the fixture nut to secure it
against loosening
(1.5 Nm of tightening torque).
The connecting line to the shield bus
is already connected upon delivery.
