1 Before using the appliance for the first time
1.1. Introduction
Dear Customer,
congratulations on purchasing the PizzaRaclette6 from Spring. You have made a good choice.
This appliance complies with the highest safety standards. Nevertheless, as for every electric appliance, special
care is required also when operating a PizzaRaclette6.
For this reason, we ask you to read and follow the operating instructions carefully. The instructions contain information
necessary to ensure safe operation. Therefore:
Persons who have not read and understood the operating instructions may not use
the PizzaRaclette6.
Make sure that all persons who use the PizzaRaclette6 have been properly instructed. These operating instructions
should always be close at hand for reference and should always be included with the appliance if it is passed on to
a new owner.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of expe-
rience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and they understand the haz-
ards involved. Never allow children to play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance may be carried out by children aged 8 and above only under
adult supervision.
Do not operate this appliance using an external timer or a separate remote
control.
High temperatures can occur during use. Use heat-protected gloves. Do
not transport the appliance as long as it is still hot.
Store the appliance and the power cord out of the reach of children.
