2.1 Quick start mode (Manual mode)
• On a virtual racetrack, perform your training as fast and long as you like. Quick start as follows:
• Just power on your computer console.
• Start riding. The computer shows your position on the virtual racetrack and displays the important parameter
values in the Control bar.
• If you want to take a break in the training, press the PAUSE button (see Chapter 1.3).
• If you want to terminate the training, press the STOP button.
The training results will be displayed.
2.2 Target modes
• Set a target time, a distance or a calorie amount to determine the duration of the training. The ranges
are as
follows:

Setting the target value
• Make sure the main menu is shown. If necessary, press the 'Home' button.
• Turn the Control knob until the desired target mode is highlighted. Then press the Control knob to select it.
• A menu window for setting the target value is shown. The following example shows the setting window for the
target distance:
• Turn the Control knob to increase or decrease the target value. The current value is shown above the
Control bar as numeric value and as bar graph.
• When the desired value is displayed, press the Control knob. The target value is set.
Performing the training
• Press the START button and begin your training.
• Adjust the intensity according to your preferences:
For this, use the UP and DOWN buttons.
• The countdown runs. When the target value is reached, the intensity is set to zero. You have finished your
training!
• After the training, the results will be displayed.
• If you want to take a break during the training, press the PAUSE button (see Chapter 1.3).
• If you want to terminate the training before the end of the countdown, press the STOP button.
