Procedures for use
To obtain the desired drink, press one of the
buttons (L1, L2 or LM) located on the external
control panel (Fig. 10). The devices are
calibrated during manufacture to dispense
drinks whose final volume is approximately 200
cc. If the product is changed, the device must
be cleaned (see section on “cleaning and
sanitisation operations”). The device is designed
to work with water temperatures above 0°C,
thus preventing the water from freezing. If, for
some reason, the water does freeze, disconnect
the device from the water mains, wait until the
ice has melted, then contact the service centre.
Automatic dose programming based
on dilution ratio
FOR MAINTENANCE WORKER ONLY
In order to calibrate the device to dispense
drinks that suit your requirements exactly, take
careful note of these basic elements:
- dilution ratio;
- final volume of the drink to be dispensed into
the cup.
Use the following practical example as a
reference:
-
if you wish to dispense a juice drink with a
dilution ratio of 1/7 (one part product to 7
parts water) and have a cup with a total
capacity of 200 ml, proceed using the
following calculation:
1+7=8
200:8 = 25 ml
which means 25 ml of product is re
175 ml of water. To program the correct
doses of water and concentrate, proceed as
follows (Fig. 10 and Fig. 11).
- Make sure internal switch 1 is set to “MODE
ON” so that the programming function is
enabled.
- Keep button L5 pressed down for 5 seconds.
- The green LED above (LM) will light up to
confirm that the dose programming phase has
been accessed.
- LED LL1 will now start flashing to confirm that
the following function has been accessed:
“
modify left-hand drink water volume
”.
