Cleaning the dosing unit
WEEKLY
It is extremely important to clean the
pumping/dosing units every time the product
containers are empty and, in any case, at least
once a week. Proceed as outlined below:
- Fill a container (H) with hot water and
sanitising
products
compliant
with
legal
requirements, and then dip the priming tube (D)
into the mixture.
- Keep button L5 (left-hand pump) pressed
down for 5 seconds. The pump will start to draw
in the hot water and pump it along the pipes to
the mixing chamber (F).
It is advisable to place a container to collect the
washing cycle water under the mixing chamber
(F), as shown in Fig. 15.
- When the water coming out of the mixing
chamber (F) is clean, this means that the entire
pumping/dosing system circuit has been fully
sanitised.
- Replace the priming tube (D) in its resting
position (D1).
- Repeat the procedure for the right-hand side
of the device using button 6.
Cleaning the internal water tank
MONTHLY
(once a month at least, if not more regularly,
depending on the quality of the water and the
amount of use).
- Empty the tank by pulling pipe I upwards; the
water left inside will run out via pipe K, which is
inserted in the rubber washer (L) located
beneath the drip tray. A container should be
placed under this tray to collect the water
(Fig. 16).
- Wash the inside of the tank carefully, together
with all the plastic parts contained in it.
- Rinse everything off thoroughly so that the dirt
removed and any traces of detergent are
drained out completely via the rubber washer,
then proceed by refitting all the parts and fitting
pipe I back in its seat.
