Consultation Transfer 

 

When you have a call on the line, transfer the call to a third party. 

 

Press the Hold key. 

Dial the number of the third party and press

When the phone is answered, announce the call you intend to transfer. 

Press the Transfer key then press 

 or hang up. 

 

Call Parking 

 

During a call in progress, put the connected party on hold

press

You will hear a message informing you that the call has been parked. 

 

Pick up Parked Call 

 

Dial

. (If more than one call parked system will select which call to 

pick up).  

 

Pick up Specific Parked Call 

 

Dial

 and the park orbit number. (The extension number of the user 

that parked the call)  

 

Call Pick Up 

 

To answer a call ringing at another extension Press

or press the Pick 

Up soft-key if configured.

 

 

Conference 

 

 

 

 

During a call in progress, with the two other parties on hold, press 

to start the conference. Press 

  to turn on the casing speaker, 

if needed.
